Description
Pure, local, raw Colorado wildflower honey produced from my honey bee colonies in Aurora, CO. Harvested August 2024, available in 8 and 12 ounce jars. Note: Your honey will crystallize eventually – this is natural and a sign your honey is real and not overly processed. Rate of crystallization and size of granules is completely dependent on the specific floral sources of the honey and the ratio of glucose to fructose in those nectars. You can slow the rate of crystallization by storing in the freezer.
As a Colorado cottage food producer (certificate), honey can unfortunately only be shipped within Colorado. If you are outside of Colorado, I encourage you to find a beekeeper local to you to buy honey from!
