Pure, local, raw Colorado wildflower honey produced from my four honey bee colonies in Aurora, CO. 2023 jars were harvested September 2023, available in 8 and 12 ounce jars. They ARE crystallized at this point – please look at the image in the product gallery and video to get a sense of the texture! Note: Crystallization is natural! It’s a sign your honey is real and not overly processed. Rate of crystallization and size of granules is completely dependent on the specific floral sources of the honey and the ratio of glucose to fructose in those nectars.
As a Colorado cottage food producer (certificate), honey can unfortunately only be shipped within Colorado. If you are outside of Colorado, I encourage you to find a beekeeper local to you to buy honey from!
